The Challenge
A stamping plant was installing twelve new presses, each needing a base flat within a millimeter and anchored to take cyclic shock loads. The floor varied by almost an inch across the line, and production next door could not stop.
Our Approach
We fabricated the bases with adjustable leveling feet and grout dams, set each one with optical levels, then welded sole plates and pressure-grouted the voids. Vibration readings after commissioning came in under the press maker's limits on all twelve machines.
