The Challenge
A six-unit condo needed street gates that looked crafted rather than caged — secure enough for parcel couriers and strollers, open enough to keep the courtyard light. The frames also had to arrive ready for a future opener the board had not yet bought.
Our Approach
We drew three picket patterns, mocked one full-size panel for the board vote, then built twin swing gates with hidden hinges, lock boxes and reinforced opener mounts. Hot-dip galvanizing plus bronze powder coat means salt, snow and scooters will not touch them for decades.
