Roots You Can
X-Ray With Confidence
Boiler rooms, kitchens, plants and risers — our pipe welders run TIG roots with stick or MIG fill in all positions, on carbon steel, stainless and aluminum from half inch to site-run mains. Fit-up is checked with gauges, purged where the spec demands it, and every joint is mapped on an isometric weld log.
We staff planned shutdowns and answer emergency call-outs for leaks and breaks, coordinating hydro-tests and turnover packages with your engineer.

How a Pipe Job Runs
01
Isometrics & Plan
We walk the run, confirm hanger points and sequence welds around your shutdown window.
02
Fit & Tack
Bevels gauged, gaps set and purge dams placed before the root goes in.
03
Weld Out
Root, hot pass and cap to WPS, with interpass temperatures recorded.
04
Test & Turn Over
Visual, hydro or NDE as specified, plus a signed weld map for your files.
Pipe Welding Questions
Which materials and sizes do you weld?+
Carbon steel, 304/316 stainless and aluminum from 1/2-inch branch lines up to large-diameter site-run mains, with purge and preheat to match the specification.
Do you provide test records?+
Yes — every joint is numbered on an isometric weld map, and we coordinate visual, hydro-test or third-party NDE with witnessed reports.
Can you cover a night shutdown?+
That is core work for us. We staff nights and weekends with the same certified crew, and our trucks carry everything needed to start on arrival.
